Cancellation Policy
Privacy Policy Torchlight Creative Group is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information only to provide our services effectively. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use encryption and secure servers to protect your information. Terms and Conditions By accessing our services, you agree to comply with our terms. Consultations are mandatory for most services and are priced at $150 per hour. Booking is available in 3 to 4-hour increments with a 3-hour buffer. All services are subject to these terms, which may be updated periodically. Refund Policy Full refunds are available if cancellations are made within 24 hours of booking. No refunds are available after this period. Rescheduling can occur anytime before 12 hours prior to the appointment without penalty. A rebooking fee applies for cancellations less than 3 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done more than 12 hours before the scheduled time. Booking Policy Consultations are priced at $150 per hour and can be booked in 3 to 4-hour increments. Clients can book during our business hours, with a required 3-hour buffer between appointments. Services cannot be accessed without an initial consultation. Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. Arrivals between 1 to 15 minutes late will be charged from the original appointment time. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be charged from the actual arrival time, potentially reducing the consultation duration. Payment Policy All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of our terms. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Parking Policy Parking information will be sent automatically upon booking. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Parking as an add-on is being considered, and any changes will be communicated in advance. Data Protection Policy We adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure your information remains secure. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only. Any breaches will be reported to affected parties promptly.
